Skin diseases are the most frequently recognized occupational disease in Denmark

Closefitting and damaged gloves are the direct cause of: 

  • 1400 users reporting cases of eczema on their hands
  • 600 users reporting cases of allergies on their hands

70% of the above mentioned cases lead to compensations

  • Only the most serious cases are reported. The specific number of injuries remain unknown
  • The damage reports lead to 150 million DKK being paid in compensations each year
